Counseling Through the Seasons

My passion is to help people see and be their best versions. I am a Veteran and know my strengths lay with Veterans and First Responders, but my skills can assist anyone that is in need. My focus has been trauma and addiction. I believe the client is the expert and I am a team member that collaborate with client, and medication management team to assist in the best path forward. I have utilized many different approaches my primary is Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy. I will use the best approach depending on the clients needs and desire. I am a happy person and like to use humor while I am getting to know the client. I am creative in treatment plans, and like for the environment to be safe and transparent. I will encourage and assist the client to reach their goals.
